Did u miss me? ^_^ Aww....I missed u too. ^_^ I have a story (okay this is probably doesnt related to my reviews. LOL.)...
You know what? Last month was a disaster for me. The climates kept on changing and my face was in a very bad condition. I ran out of my facial wash last month and I dont had times to go out and buy a new one..so I decided to just buy a facial bar soap from a mini shop in my college. I bought a goat milk soap....which I used during my teenage year in boarding school. I forgot how much I love the scent until I used it recently. However, my skin doesnt react as good to the soap as I remember. The soap dries up my skin especially on my cheeks around the nose area. I got million tiny zits on that area...it turns red and it hurt so bad. However, I didnt get those during my teenage year. (How I missed my teenage flawless skin...huuuu T_T). But yeah...I have recovered. I changed my facial cleanser and I will never go back to goat milk facial soap ever again. huuuu *_* (Now u know the real reasons of my lacking of updates... T_T)
Ok. Back to my reviews. I bought two Queen Helene's products. One is Mint Julep Mask Masque and the other is Mint Julep Natural Facial Scrub. hurmm....where should I start? O_O
QUEEN HELENE MINT JULEP MASQUE
Ok...to be honest...I'm not a person who loves putting masque on my face. I have quit using Aspirin Mask ever since I ran out of Aspirin. The idea of waiting the mask to dry up turns me off. Really. I hate to squeeze in something that will take a toll on my packed time. However, one day I went to One Utama
(where else? It's like my fav place ever....LOL....other than Pavillion that is. hehe), and I saw this girl having a porcelain skin...and I told my bf...."Look at that girl's skin...so flawless. I want that skin".
So...the first thing that came across my mind was that I got to have facial masque. Coz masque will help tighten up ur pores. And I
(as usual) googled it up....and found a lot of good reviews on this product. The Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque. However this product is not available in Malaysia
(I think) so I have to online-bought it from
(my fav online forum) LYN. Please dont ask me how much I bought it coz I already forgot how much it is. hehe

(because of 33% extra). It's suitable for people with oily/combination skin because this product will suck up all the oils and impurities from your pores. Dont believe me? Let's look at the following picture....dont get scared coz this is the closed up picture. LOL.
I took this picture right after the masque has dried up on my skin (which is approximately 10-15minutes). The tiny dots are the oils that the masque drew up. Scary huh? Then I washed it using a warm water and the results are amazing. The products also claimed to be able to remove the blackheads which I agreed. I have been using this products for almost two months now, and I can see that the blackheads and whiteheads were lessen up.
Some people said the product should comes in a jar instead of the tube which I disagree. Because, the tube make it less messy to apply..I mean..to take out because this product is not that
liquidy as the Aspirin Honey Masque
(U know what I mean if u have tried this masque). However, one thing that turns me off is that..this product smells like sulfur
(which is one of the main ingredients...I have to wash my hair after using this products..coz my hair got in the way during the application...*sigh*)Overall, I give this product 4.5/5. I really like it! ^_^

Please click on the picture to enlargeOk well...I dont really need this initially...because I still have another scrub. But..being a girl....I was torn between two products...which one to choose? The solution? Buy them both. LOL. So I bought this one from the same seller that sell me the masque.
OMG...let me tell u this....I never find any product that is similar consistency to my (I think) Martha Tilaar Scrub (from Cosway or something) that my mum bought me few years ago. The products has been discontinued...so I was really upset about it. Ever since ,I was in constant hunt for a good exfoliator. Luckily, I bought this scrub. Can u see from the picture below...it has small beads that works wonders to remove your dead skin cells. I practically love this one as compared to scrubs that have chunky beads in them...because...the good amount of small beads helps to exfoliates the skin better. Making your skin smoother. And it has minty smell to it making your skin fresher after the application.
What is the best thing about this product? U can use it on daily basis. I use this every morning during shower. It helps my skin absorbs moisturizer better. I also use this on my body especially on my hands and elbow coz it smooth up my skin. So I give this product a two thumbs up. ^_^
